2 cups of water
1 cup of rice
1/2 of tps of olive oil
pinch of salt (sea salt)
Boil your water, add your rice and oil. Wait until rice is dry about 6 minutes and lower your heat and cover it. Cook for about 14 to 15 minutes.
If you want to make more rice, for every cup of rice you add a cup of water.
Example: 3 cups of water for 2 cup of rice....
Enjoy!!

What kind of rice? Minute?
ReplyDeleteNo! Regular rice like Carolina Rice, Uncle Beans, Goya, Mi casa, ect.. It could be medium grain or long grain your preference. I like Medium grain.
ReplyDeletethanks for this. I had always done minute rice but wanted to try some regular that I bought by accident but wasn't sure how. Dumb, I know, but I just never tried.
